I love this ever since I purchased this product and I've been using it.    I would say this product is good for lower abdomen trimming use, have noticed slight slimming of the area. It does make that area sweat. It gives some light support for the back as well; it is not a super strong back support but will give you some. If you are looking for a lifting back support, you should probably buy something else. I thought this would be both a trimmer and a strong back support but it's mainly just a stretchy material.

   You can expand to the desired length for support while doing yardwork or maybe a little tighter if already experiencing muscle strain. I have other back braces that are stronger if needed but not as flexible. This is my second, would recommend.
