   I really like this pillow. My 2 month old sleeps very comfortably in the car without the stress of her head ending up really crooked. I like that it slides behind the neck rather than be an entire car seat insert. I have yet to try it in the stroller but I expect similar head support. Bought it for an upcoming road trip and I'm very happy with my purchase.

   My son needed one of these, doctors orders, for his plagiocephaly (aka flat side on his head). It is perfect! It keeps his head centered & looks very comfortable. He has not complained about the change in car seat accommodations. It also looks very cute. We have been using it for less than a week so I have not washed it yet.
