The app is super easy to use once you get everything set up, however, if you want to do the monthly subscription plan you have to do it on the website not on the app. I used this when I went out of state because the kennel we used had mixed reviews about dogs running away and it lasted about 5 days and our dog is pretty active. The thing I loved is you don't have to completely erase your account when you decide you don't need it, you can just pause it and reactivate it when you want to. I would buy this thing again.
