I also used to be 279 lbs and higher at times. 2 years ago i had my major weightloss with my divorce. Using only Organic ingredient grade matcha tea. A scoop everyday in my coffee. No cream sugar. Thats the point of matcha is to help cut carbs sugars. Foranyo e wondering how i lost such a large amount. U can get it pretty much anywhere. Anywho. Back to this product. I have been struggling with my mid section and have fained about 20 lbs back since my innicial weight loss.
