I was tired of my dark basement and garage area and planned to add a few sets of shop lights as I only had your typical bulb set up. Saw these and thought I'd give them a shot without to much hope in the difference. Oh man, I wish I had purchased them sooner one of these lights the whole area with ease. Almost too bright!!!    I've only had them a couple of days, but OMG are they bright. The ability to adjust the "wings" is nice, as you can pinpoint the beams more to a specific spot, or you can leave them flat and light up your whole garage. As long as they last the "standard time" for LED bulbs, I consider these a great buy.

   These lights are the ones you're looking for if you need more light in your garage and you don't want to wire new lights! On a scale of 1-10 the lighting in our garage was about a 6...now with these new lights it's at a 10. Best thing is, if you know how to screw in a lightbulb you can install these in seconds. We had one small issue with one of our 4 lights and the company promptly replaced the light and even sent one additional light.

   We mounted one in our small workshop overhead light. Much brighter than the 100w bulb we had. We used another one in an old aluminum domed spotlight that had a clamp attached. We removed the dented-up dome. Now we have a bright portable light we can clamp to anything we're working on.

   I got these lights to go into a pole barn as with the current lighting it gets very dark especially at night with regular lights it just leaves areas dark which I didn't like. With some assistance from my father to make sure I didn't mess anything up (installation ended up being so easy I could've done it on my own) we put the lights up and it really brightened place up and if I wanted a place to be brighter they were very easy to position. I'm not sure how long they will last, but they seem like they will last quite a while. For now I haven't had any issues.

   I love these lights. I put them above all my walk in garage doors no more dark areas at night walking into the garage I haven't tried the motion detector part mine are all used with a switch. My Basement storage is no longer a dark place. I'm sure I will find more places to put these lights up. I have put one above the door in all my children's garages what a great way to lighten up the way to garbage and recycling area in garage.

   Okay, my husband saw these lights and I thought they were large. We opened the boxes and these tiny light fixtures were inside. I told him they wouldn't provide enough light. WELL, hate to admit it but I was wrong! These small lights brighten up the garage and my basement craft areas. Well worth the price! We ordered another set!
