   Easy to install once I realized that the wire is not meant to pull the tabs in but to push them out. Silly me. I thought the tabs were stiff and yet pliable--just what you want them to be. They look nice and are on tight. I have a Suburu Impreza 2019. I found the medium wheel setting for the wire to be just perfect. Never installed wheel covers before, but it wasn't hard at all. If you are a newb like me, take a look at one of your old covers--with that and the instructions, you'll get the idea of how they work. So much cheaper than ordering Subaru covers. I actually like these better.

   Very easy to install! We wiped the surface clean where the tape would be put down (semi-gloss latex painted). Tape went on super easy and stayed put. Used the hair dryer as recommended but not to remove buckles or wrinkles (had none). Rather, to ensure a good bond of the film to the tape and tape to the window edge. Instantly stopped the severe draft in bedroom one. We have 9 more windows to go but so far, so good. My husband had to touch the window to believe I put it up. Very pleased with this product. Much more effective versus the Duck brand we tried in a different home that looked a lot like a plastic trash can liner.

   As you go around a corner with the tape, push and hold it into the corner with a fingernail; pull the tape part way along the next side, then relax the pull and stick down the tape at the corner and along the next side. This will help prevent the corner from pulling up and causing a small air leak. Press the tape down all around, then prepare to pull off the covering to expose the top sticky side. You should already have pulled up the covering at the start of the tape as explained above.

   Please note that if you have a Ford Escape with steel wheels Ford hubcaps like I do ANY new hubcaps you buy are going to require you to jack up your car to pull the old hubcaps off. The great things about these new ones is you can pull off the hubcaps WITHOUT jacking up the car. So it will be much easier to clean the steel wheels in the future to keep your wheels looking great!

   I didn't realize how bad I needed this until I was on my last window, in my bedroom. I had the room darkening panels up, and the window was between the bed and the wall. I pulled the curtain back to begin the insulation process, and something white caught my eye. I was disgusted thinking that it was contents of a bottle (I call that area the "bottle graveyard") until I quickly discovered that this was ICE. I knew it was colder by the window, but I didn't realize it was THAT bad.
