   I got this 4 days ago, and let me just tell you! It comes with a little booklet of a couple different exercises for your arms and legs, and I pretty much do those until I can't anymore a couple times a day, not like I would in the gym. But I am not kidding I see and feel tightness and some definition. I'm hoping it lasts a little while but either way, it's a great little tool to have when at a desk or laying in bed!
