   I have always had a problem with my mouth being totally open when I fall asleep and it is annoying and embarrassing. This anti snoring chin strap is marvelous and work perfectly for my issue. I travel a lot and when I am falling asleep sitting up I always had the problem of my mouth being wide open. Now this anti snoring solution is not even that noticeable and I can relax that I am not snoring or drooling.

   My husband is a horrible snorer at night and doesn't get the best sleep at night. When I ordered this and he tried it the first night he was very skeptical on if it was going to help. He said that he didn't even notice the velcro anti snoring solution and it didnt make him hot. The material us very soft and easy to clean.    I purchased this anti snoring chin strap for my husband. He uses a C-PAP and was having difficulty because his mouth would fall open, creating a leak. The anti snoring solution really helped with this issue. They safely keep his mouth closed during sleep. This has also helped with the dry mouth that he was struggling with. It has been a much needed problem solver. They stay in place all night and work well.

   Third anti snoring solution I've used and I like this one the best. It's strong enough to keep my mouth shut, yet quite comfortable. Doesn't slip around, doesn't cover my ears, doesn't make my chin or head all sweaty, or leave marks on my face.    I wake up tired and have frequent headaches. The full press coverage of the long-term risks of apnea prompted me to try something. This anti-snoring solution essentially keeps my mouth shut while I sleep, forcing me to breathe through my nose. My soft palate doesn't sag and I don't snore. My sleep has improved a lot. I sleep more deeply and wake up less at night. I wake my wife less so she can be happy too. This anti-snoring chin strap is pretty well made but even if it breaks after 6 months I will still buy another one.

   I don't expect these products to work for everyone, but after a few weeks I can say that this product is right for me. I am 46 years old, have no health problems and I sleep on my back (even when I try to sleep on my side, I always lie on my back). Over the past few years, I've gone from occasional snoring to chronic snoring/snoring.. It's a bit of a weird feeling when you first try to sleep with this device on your head but I did. get used to it within a week. Also, it takes a couple of nights for a comfortable and effective adjustment - not too loose, not too tight.

   I will order this anti snoring chin strap again. I use it with res med nasal pillows c-pap mask and both stay in place all night. To put it on, you have to be able to reach the top of your head and the nape of your neck, or have an assistant. The only way to improve it would be if I didn't need it at all!

   I was willing to give anything a try that was not expensive and this fit the bill. My girlfriend was way more supportive than I expected because it meant that she might be able to sleep in peace. It took a second to figure out if I was wearing it correctly but the basic idea is that the anti snoring chin strap keeps me from breathing primarily from my mouth which effectively eliminates snoring.
