These are awesome! I listen to podcasts at night to help me block out the thoughts of the day and help me sleep, and have always used headphones so as not to wake my husband. But headphones work best when you are sitting up. Regular headphones are very uncomfortable when you are laying down, especially if you tend to sleep on your side. These headphones solve the issue. They are comfortable, and you can sleep on your side and you will barely notice them. The sound quality is pretty good - quite suitable for podcasts but not as good as the big old bulky Bose headphones that you can't sleep in. I'll plug these into my phone, turn on a podcast, and relax for a good night's rest. The cord doesn't seem to get in the way which is what I feared might happen, and so far the cord shows no sign of fraying or wearing through after about a month of using them. The material is warm and cozy - but not too warm. And the headphones will help to block out other noise for a good night's rest. I love these.

The earphones inside the headband are loose, so they may not be positioned correctly over your ears when you first put them on, but you can adjust them to the right place, and once in place they stay put very well. I also found the earphone sto be thin enough that I can even sleep on my side in bed while wearing them without problem. Which I can’t say for any other earphone I’ve tried.
