   I was so tired of having to constantly clean out my fountains because of algae and guck growing weekly in the fountains. Researched and found this product and decided to give it a try. Before, I would have to weekly clean out the fountains. Since I have been using this product once a week-I have not changed or cleaned out the fountains in over 4 weeks and counting! The water remains clean, sparkling free of guck/algae and bacteria build up. I apply every Sunday to the fountains, just the recommended amount to each fountain. Very satisfied and glad I found this before the Summer months come into play!

We followed the instructions on the bottle and wow, within a short period of time, the top of the water turned thick with slime and bubbles. We scooped it off for a few hours on and off before we went to bed. Gunky green slime. By morning, it looked better! By day 3, we didn't need to repeat! The water was a little cloudy, so we put in beneficial bacteria and BAM! very clear! We will always have this on hand. The fish are thriving!

   This stuff is AMAZING. I have a 50 gal set up that within 4-5 days went from completely clear to green in murky. I later learned it was because I was leaving my lights on for too long and needed to cut back on light to prevent future algae blooms. I tried changing the filter, did water changes, turned of the lights for a few days but nothing helped. SO I ordered a bottle of algae fix and BOOM within 2 hours my tank was back to clear again.    ok, so my pond got very out of hand.... we paid a guy $100 to come give us advice, should have saved the cash and put it toward this stuff. he said to let the pond sit till spring and then he would drain it... but the algae got so bad over winter.... so now I am a 2 months in to adding this stuff and I can see my fish at the bottom of the pond. the algae looks sick and dying and the fish are fine, no one is gasping for air, the plants I like in there are fine and the water is markedly clearer. I think by spring my algae problem will be gone..... I will add my 5th star when that happens... so far its just winning the battle... not done fighting yet... the water was really bad.... wish I had started this in fall.

   I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR OVER 2 YEARS WITH 6 LARGE, GROWING KOI. I was skeptical at first but my fish keep growing and have all been fine. I only dose with this stuff at night when the temps are cooler. I throw half my dose straight into the stream of my waterfall and throw the rest out into the middle of the pond/towards the skimmer. For my 1300 gallon pond it's just under 3/4 of a cup and I do this twice weekly. At that same time I dose with 1/4 cup pond-zyme sludge destroyer.

   So it came to the point where I have tried everything. My green water always came back, even after multiple extreme water changes, nitrogen cycle redos and etc. This was my last resort. And it WORKED. I don’t use it with fish, I use it with turtles. The reason why it killed peoples fish is because you need to heavily oxygenate your pond or tank when using this because it significantly decreases oxygen levels (just READ the bottle). Anyway turtles don’t breathe underwater so I’m not worried about them.

   The fish, snails, frogs, and aquatic plants are all doing just fine. I'm transitioning to once a week application now and we'll see if that's enough to keep the algae at bay. I also use this in a small fountain since the rocks were getting green. Formerly I'd mix in a little chlorine bleach, but this is a much milder solution to the problem.

   I use this all the time for my pond. Works great and when used in small amounts it is perfectly safe for fish. Don't just pour it in....sometimes I've poured to much and that much in a concentrated area WILL affect a fish that happens to swim through it. I have a 750 gallon pond. 1/4 cup mixed with one gallon of water dispersed around the edges of the pond once every 7-10 days keeps my water crystal clear and the fish and plants are happy. If you "splash" it in the pond and it lands on plants then you will get brown leaves. Make sure to put it IN the water (not on the plants). I've been using this for 2 years.

   I have a decent sized waterfall fountain in my front yard. Water started turning aggressively green. I didnt know what it was for sure (algae, etc)....i tried another product that kind of worked...it cleared up the water a little bit and brought the gunk/algae to the surface. I used that for a few weeks but I when i tried to skim off the top layer of crap, it was difficult to get out with a skimmer. I then switch to this product and used it...i saw results VERY quickly. Not only did it clear up the water, but it actually eliminated the algae and gunk...just disappeared. This product is the truth. Highly recommend. Pull the trigger...get it.
